Please provide all information requested on the order form. Checks returned for insufficient funds
are subject to a $20 fee.
Shipping and Handling:
Our standard shipping is by ground. Most orders are shipped on the same day if the order is placed
by 12:00 noon EST/EDT. If, however we are temporarily out of stock we will make every attempt to
contact you via phone or e-mail.
Rush Delivery:
Rush delivery is available at an additional charge. We can ship overnight, 2-day or 3-day express.
For online orders call for a quote as pricing is not automatically calculated on our web site due to the
varying weights of our products.

of your invoice, a daytime phone number and a note clearly stating the action to be taken and what, if
anything, is wrong with the product.

Take I95 to exit 59 Turn right at the bottom of the ramp heading South to Route 1 (Boston Post Rd.)
Turn Right on route 1 heading West. Go 1/4 mile and turn right into our parking lot at the sign for
Zuse Inc. We are the second building (in back of Chip's Pub and in front of affordable lighting)
